How to personalize your card
• How: simply upload an image from your computer, mobile phone or tablet and send it to your Creditbank branch’s email address 
• Format: JPEG, PNG, GIF, Bitmap or TIFF
• Recommended Size: minimum of 420 x 420 pixels and a maximum of 10MB with high resolution
• Cost: $10 in addition to the price of the credit card
• Issuing Duration: two working days
• Modifiable: image may be changed by notifying your branch
• Supplementary Card: both cards can be personalized upon request 
• Reissuing Card: previously selected image will be automatically used
• Reversible: image on the card may be reverted to the standard at any time upon request
